Pheasant Oak Vineyard Confections was created to bring the enjoyment and romance of wine to the less traditional areas of the culinary experience.  We are dedicated to bringing the taste of wine to confections without the concern of alcohol content.  All of Pheasant Oak’s products have been tested by the US Government and found to be below the regulated limit for alcohol content in food products. 

Today, Pheasant Oak manufactures a line of confections all created using wines from around America bringing their unique flavors to each confection.  Our line of products includes:

Vineyard Sauce™ - A wine sauce used for desserts and as a tantalizing marinade for poultry and meats. 

Vineyard Jelly™ - A wine jelly used for breakfast and in pastries or for an enticing condiment for both poultry and meats.

Our most desired and sought after product.  Like all of our products, this creamy gourmet Wine Ice Cream is made from actual wine (we find regional throughout the United States) and then expertly blend and unite the flavors of the wines with other flavors such as chocolate.   It is not made from a wine essence, or flavoring.  It is actual wine we purchase and turned into this amazing desert that will add to anyone’s menu.  We have developed this product for about 3 years and it was released at the Beginning of 2007.  We believe we are the first company to create a True Original Wine Ice Cream that can be sold to anyone.  Our Ice Cream was tested by the Federal government and it has been found to contain only trace levels of alcohol and below the legal level of 1.2%
