After 3 years of research and development we released our True Wine Ice Cream.  We have chosen to call our ice cream Vineyard Ice Cream™ since unlike other Wine Ice Creams, we processed out most of the alcohol so that we are below federal regulations  to be considered nonalcoholic.  Listed to the left are the current flavors for sale through out the United States in gourmet grocery stores, wineries, ice cream shops and other niche markets.
